Face of the Day Part Two! Another Day in University

                                   

A little mid week post- a second Face of the Day. Like the last post like this I just spent the day in the library and around uni running some errands. This is kind of my standard look that you'll most likely see me in (maybe minus the red lip). So keep reading if you want to know what I used. 

 So what did I wear on my face?
Foundation: MAC Face and Body Foundation in 'N3'
Concealer: ELF Maximum Coverage Concealer which is what I wear under my foundation under my eyes. It is oil free and I wear it in 'Porcelain'. I wouldn't say it is 'Maximum Coverage' but it's great for what I use it for- colour correcting.
AND MAC Studio Finish Concealer SPF 35 in 'NC20', on my more stubborn blemishes.
Powder: MAC Mineralize Skin Finish Natural in 'Light'
Blush and Bronzer: ELF Contouring Blush and Bronzing Powder in 'Blushed/Bronzed'. The bronzer over my cheeks and up onto my temples and the blush on the top of my cheek bones as it acts as a blusher-come-highlighter. As you can see it is well loved!

 And on my eyes?
Eyelash Curlers: Primark
Eyebrows: ELF Eyebrow Kit in 'Medium'
Eyeliner: Rimmel Exaggerate Eye Liner in '003 Glossy Black'- waterproof
Mascara: First I put on Maybelline The Colossal Volum' Express Mascara in '100% Black'. Then I put on No7 Intense Volume Waterproof Mascara in 'Black'

On my lips:
Prep: I knew I was going to use Ruby Woo and I didn't want it to go on too strong, so I applied a generous amount of Vaseline Lip Therapy in 'Rosy Lips'. I know this stuff is pretty crap for your lips- but old habits and all that!
Lipstick: Then I dabbed on MAC Matte 'Ruby Woo' Lipstick and blended it with my finger to give it a nice sheer tint to my lips.

As brushes I used:
I used my fingers to apply my Face and Body Foundation, as I think it is the best way to work it properly into the skin. I used my fingers for my concealer too.
Powder: For all over my face I used the ELF Studio Powder Brush because Face and  Body requires a lot of setting on my skin. Under my eyes I used my Sigma Tapered Highlighter F35 to set my under eye makeup.
Eyebrows: To apply shadow to my brows I used my ELF Studio Small Angled Brush.
Blush and Bronzer: I use my MAC 187 brush.
